Orders are delivered in 3–5 business days after they ship. Business days are Monday to Friday, not including holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships you'll receive a confirmation with a tracking number, so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Address details
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
Delays
During new drops, holidays or carrier disruptions, delivery can occasionally take longer than usual. If your order hasn't arrived within 5 business days of shipping, reach out and we'll help track it down.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.

Return window
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, washing, odors or damage can't be accepted.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Contact us and we'll help you exchange it, based on availability. Because our drops are limited, sizes can sell out.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to process it.
Final sale
Items marked as final sale can't be returned or exchanged.

How to measure
Chest width Lay the hoodie flat and measure straight across, armpit to armpit.
Body length From the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom of the hem.
Sleeve length From the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.
Measurements are taken with the garment laid flat and may vary slightly (about ½ inch) from piece to piece. Between sizes? Contact us and we'll help you pick.
